Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Will I receive one title per month?
    Yes, depending on which level you subscribe to, you will either receive 1, 5 or 10 copies of the same title.
  2. When will I receive my first shipment?
    If your subscription is entered by the 15th of the month, you will begin receiving your CDs in that same month. Subscriptions entered after the 15th of the month will begin the following month.
  3. When is my credit card charged each month?
    All credit cards are charged on the second day of every month.
  4. How and when do the CDs ship each month?
    CDs are mailed through the U. S. Post Office.
  5. How do I order prior month’s CDs if I want additional copies?
    Regular subscribers may order prior months’ titles at the normal monthly subscription price plus an additional $3 special shipping and handling fee. To order, please email us at CDClubInfo@lighthousecatholicmedia.com
  6. Can I pay for this subscription with a check?
    Yes. If paying by check, a 12-month subscription is required and may be renewed annually. Please make check payable to:

  7. If I want to provide input regarding the presentations, how do I best communicate my feedback?

  8. If I cancel my subscription after my credit card has been charged, will I still receive the CDs?
    Yes, once the credit card is charged, we automatically ship the CDs.
  9. Can I return the CDs after I receive them?
    The CDs can not be returned because we have put together a program to keep the cost of these CDs as inexpensive as possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Account Information

  1. How can I change the delivery address or the credit card?
    Login to your account and Click on the "Make Changes to this Subscription" link next to the subscription you want to change.
  2. How long does it take to process a change of address?
    It takes 3-4 weeks from the time you notify us before your subscription will arrive at your new address.
  3. Are my account number, account name, and password case sensitive?
    Yes. Note: your user name is your email address.
