A realistic view of the problems facing us today, yet with a hopeful call for all of us to transform the culture by following our unique mission in Christ. John-London Ontario Canada
Very interesting and timely discussion on the need for evangelization in an increasing secular society. Delivered in a Frank discussion reinforced with facts. Edward - Sarasota, FL
I love that he talked about the stories in the Bible and how he imagined it played out. That made the verses in the Bible and the passages he mentioned more real to me. Curtis talked about encountering Jesus and to set the world on fire, to do what we were set out to do here in this world at this particular time in history. I especially loved the part where he talked about the parable where the man found the treasure and sold all he had. Intellectually I know that I already found the treasure, heaven, to be with Jesus, with God when I die, but my heart seemed to still be attached on things that are here on earth such as money and clothes (fashion), etc. So, maybe I just have to encounter Jesus more, as what Curtis said, by reading the Bible and really take time to think about what God is trying to say on the verse that I'm reading. This talked really opened my eyes on what's important, to love and to live for God. Thank you for making this talk available online and as an mp3. I'm in the Philippines and I love listening to various Catholic Speakers and I prefer downloading it online instead of ordering a cd. Cynthia Ana - Mabalacat city
Very interesting and informative. Gave topics for thought and discussion. T, J - Elyria, OH
One point that struck me was that evangelization is to be ongoing, it is not a short term project. Deborah - Verona, MO
