Patrick Madrid explores the history of the persecution of the Catholic Church in 1920s Mexico. He recounts the sufferings and martyrdom that thousands of Catholics endured to defend their religious freedom during the Cristero War.
In this informative talk, Dr. Scott Hahn explores some of the most
important beliefs that distinguish Christianity from Islam. He explains
that while both religions trace themselves back to Abraham, the
differences, including our understanding of God as Father, are not
insignificant. With charity, balance, and candor, Dr. Hahn shows us how
Islam presents the most formidable challenge to Christianity in the
Third millennium.
"An amazing explanation of Islam and Christianity!" Cheryl - Vernon, NJ
In this vastly popular talk, Fr. Gaitley describes the "second greatest story ever told" - a story that encompasses Divine Mercy, the life of St. Pope John Paul II, and the crucial role that Marian Consecration can play in your life. Fr. Michael Gaitley is a priest in the Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception and the director of formation for the Marian Missionaries of Divine Mercy.
The CD was very informative. Fr. Gaitley was very interesting, and I loved the presentation. It made me reflect about my love for Mary and for our beloved Pope John Paul. This is a CD that I will share. Barbara - Dearborn Heights, MI
How can we evangelize an unbelieving world? In this talk, Ken Hensley uses simple, effective logic to show how the atheistic worldview inevitably leads to contradictions that can’t hold up to sound reasoning. After hearing this talk, you will be empowered to conclusively demonstrate how unbelief leads to the destruction of morality, meaning, and even knowledge.
"Teaches us that everybody is created to love. God is Love and we often deny our true calling. We are in denial. We don't know that the true faith is the Catholic Faith." Mirko, ON CA
For those who aren't Catholic, it may not be apparent why one should embrace the Catholic Faith. In this inspiring presentation, bestselling author Patrick Madrid gives compelling biblical and historical reasons for why he embraces the faith as a lifelong Catholic. He shares valuable insights into the beauty of the Catholic Church and its claim to contain the fullness of the deposit of faith given by Christ.
This CD was awesome - I'll be listening again and again! It gave logical, biblical reasons to be and stay Catholic. Peggy - Finksburg, MD
This talk is practical. It is for everyone-beginners and masters in the
spiritual life. We all know that growth in holiness is largely about
growing in trust in our Lord Jesus Christ. But how does one do that
realistically?
In this talk, Bismarck Diocese Vocations Director Fr.
Tom Richter will describe in concrete terms what the interior act of
trust looks like, and what we must choose in order to grow in trust.
Wow! I could listen to this CD everyday. Jennifer - Marin, CA

In this talk, internationally known speaker and author Matthew Leonard defines and discusses the three traditional stages of prayer. According to scripture, every one of us is called to "be perfect" and to "pray without ceasing." Prayer is the path to God and we've been saying prayers all our lives. But are we really praying? Matthew lays out the practical steps to achieve union with God through deep prayer, even in the midst of this busy world.
Really good stuff - definitely going to have to listen more than once. The guy was inspirational, fluid. Good tips... Great stuff! Dominic, IL
Very direct, talks to all religions, and that we need to listen to our consciences, be silent and listen to what God is trying to tell us. Thank you for providing this information to all. God bless you in all you do for America, and other countries. Carolyn, IL
I didn't really understand what religious liberty meant until it was explained on the CD. Greg - Midland, TX
Excellent speakers! Michael - Clinton, NY
It was non-partisan, but still stressed the importance of our God-given freedoms. Gary - Mishawaka, IN
I was so discouraged today, the day after the election. I went to church to pray for strength and courage this morning. I picked up this CD on the way out and have been listening to it all day. Even though the election did not go the way I wanted, the CD helped remind me that I need to have faith in God, that he is in control of all things. It has helped me understand more the importance of the guaranteed rights of freedoms we have in this country, and it has also given me the fuel I need to argue the Catholic view of the issues of this election. It made me more proud to be an American and a Catholic! Christopher - Olney, MD
This really showed who Bishop Malloy is and what he stands for. Monsignor Barr's talk really showed us that this fight is not something new. It will help us learn and see the symptoms of spiritual erosion of our faith by our government. Lee - Sugar Grove, IL
I appreciate that the critical issue of the current threats to the continuation of religious liberty in our country is being addressed. John - Clarkston, MI
Very informative talk about important issues facing this country. Monica - Helena, MT
In an increasingly secular society where violence, vulgar language, inebriation, and other unsavory behaviors are modeled as desirable ones in our media, it is a pleasure to listen to this publication. While the right to bear arms and freedom of expression are at the forefront of most Americans' minds, one seldom hears such a succinct and comprehensive overview of religious liberty. This freedom is, however, as crucial to our liberties in this country as any other, arguably more so. Our religious expressions give us a chance to embody God's word to each other and to our children. This talk reminds us of the power of such religious freedom, making it one of my favorites in the series. Tarman - Independence, MO
We are loosing our religious freedom. It is important that the religious and laity continue to fight the good fight. Joseph - Elizabethtown, PA
This was very informative on the subject even though a few years old. Especially this election year. The bonus talks were a great addition. Gerard - Chesterfield, MO
It made it clear that now is the time to address the issues of Liberty being eroded by the government as we allow it to happen. Peggy - Wichita, KS
Yes! There is a great difference between freedom of expression and freedom to worship. Thank you for finding talks that speak plainly to this fact. This is a MUST LISTEN for every person of faith, especially Christians and most especially Catholics. We have to keep fighting. Kim - AE
